Kristen will move you through a dynamic sequence set to a spellbinding playlist featuring Florence + the Machine, Stevie Nicks, and other ethereal artists who channel the power of the feminine divine.
Though the name nods to the feminine, all genders and identities are welcome! Come as you are, and prepare to flow, feel, and conjure some serious magic on the mat. Costumes, crystals, and cauldrons optional—but encouraged.
